The Rolex GMT Master has managed over the years to not only maintain its popularity but become even more coveted in the minds of Rolex fans. A universally appreciated timepiece with a wide-reaching global appeal. When released the watch was unique as it enabled pilots to keep track of up to three different timezones at a time thanks to its second-time zone hand and rotating bezel.

The 116710 GMT Master II timepieces were introduced in 2007 and featured a number of improvements from the previous design, the 16710. These included the Parachrom hairspring for advanced accuracy, a stronger bracelet and clasp. Visually, the biggest difference was the introduction of the fade and scratch-resistant ceramic bezel.

The watch features an easy to read black dial with luminescent dot hour markers, date window, bi-directional black bezel and large green second timezone hand. Water-resistant to 100m, the watch is powered by a reliable automatic movement and is fitted with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet.

Originally purchased in November 2009 and in mint condition, the watch has recently undergone a service at Rolex and is covered by its service guarantee until November 2021. The watch comes supplied with the original inner and outer Rolex boxes, instruction manual, service paperwork, both swing-tags and international warranty card.
