I have just got to say how pleased I was at the service level I received from the Swiss Watch Co. All the people I spoke to where pleasant, helpful and made that little extra effort. This resulted in everything they promised was delivered on which in this day and age is a refreshing experience. I thought that the days of customer care, unquestionable reliability and absolute attention to detail were gone - but they are most certainly alive and well at the Swiss Watch Company. My requirements were met to the letter, and nothing was too much trouble for John and Dee. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending them to anyone interested in quality watches.
