Designed by Gerald Genta, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak is considered to be the first luxury sports watch and was first introduced at the 1972 Baselworld watch fair. Taking inspiration from portholes found on boats, the watch features exposed screw heads as well as an octagonal bezel, unique case design and an integrated link bracelet.

This particular iteration of the Royal Oak, reference 15202OR.OO.1240OR.01 features the boutique navy blue textured 'Petite Tapisserie' dial, polished rose gold baton hour markers and hands with luminescent coating. Coming set in a versatile 39mm 18ct rose gold case with glareproofed sapphire crystal glass and matching integrated bracelet with AP folding clasp. This watch has an exhibition caseback which showcases the impressive in-house Calibre 2121 automatic movement contained within.

Originally purchased in November 2018 and in mint condition, the watch comes supplied with the original inner and outer boxes, instruction manual, guarantee booklet and guarantee card. This watch is sold with our 12-month SWC warranty.
