We are proud to present this contemporary Cartier Santos 100 chronograph for sale in mint condition. 

First created in 1904 as a bespoke timepiece for the aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont, the Santos represents a convergence of elegance, innovation, and functionality. Its distinctive square case with exposed screws, a revolutionary departure from the traditional round watches of its time, marked a paradigm shift in watchmaking aesthetics. Since its inception, the Cartier Santos has evolved while staying true to its heritage, becoming an enduring symbol of sophistication and refinement cherished by connoisseurs and trendsetters alike

This iteration of the Santos 100, reference W20090X8 comes set in a robust 42mm x 54mm stainless steel case with a matching polished bezel featuring the iconic Santos screws. The watch features a silver opaline dial with triple chronograph registers, black printed roman Roman numerals and luminous sword hands, as well as a date aperture between 4/5. These details are protected by a convex sapphire crystal glass and powered by the automatic calibre 8630 chronograph movement, protected by an 8 screw caseback which ensures the 10atm (100m/330ft). Lastly, the watch is completed by on a matching black alligator leather strap with butterfly folding deployment clasp.

Originally purchased circa 2004 and in mint condition for its age with minor wear present on the polished bezel, coming supplied with our SWC watch roll, authenticity card and a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
