First created in 1904 as a bespoke timepiece for the aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont, the Santos represents a convergence of elegance, innovation, and functionality. This iteration of the Santos 100, reference W20073X8 comes set in a robust 38mm x 41.3mm x 51.1mm (case edge/inc. crown/lug to lug) stainless steel case with a matching polished bezel featuring the iconic Santos screws. The watch features a silver opaline dial with black printed roman Roman numerals and luminous sword hands. These details are protected by a convex sapphire crystal glass and powered by the automatic calibre 049 movement, protected by an 8 screw caseback which ensures the 10atm (100m/330ft). Lastly, the watch is completed by on a matching black alligator leather strap with butterfly folding deployment clasp.

Originally purchased in 2006 and in mint condition for its age, coming supplied with its original inner box, instruction booklet, 2024 Cartier service documents and international warranty booklet.

This Santos 100 has just been serviced by Cartier and benefits from the coverage of its service warranty until September 2026.
