The bold black ceramic case and bezel lends this IWC Pilots Doppelchronograph a stealthy and dramatic appearance, with the design inspired in part by the golden age of aviation and the timepieces that military pilots would have worn throughout that era, this timepiece is part of a strictly limited series of only 1000 watches.

Featuring a masculine black dial, with three sub dials, luminous 'Spitfire' style hands, hour markers and indices, with a date window, embossed crown and chronograph function. Presented on an unworn leather kevlar topped fabric IWC strap with brushed steel IWC pin buckle.

Originally purchased through a well known IWC distributor based in Germany in March 2007, this timepiece is supplied with original IWC inner presentation box, with guarantee booklet and stamped warranty card. Supplied in Mint condiiton, this watch is as new and has clearly been very well cared for over the years.
