The Portofino collection embodies IWC’s vision of understated elegance, inspired by the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle and rooted in classic watchmaking traditions. First introduced in the 1980s, the Portofino range has become one of IWC’s most recognisable families, admired for its timeless proportions, clean dial design, and effortless versatility.

This Portofino Automatic 37 is presented in a 37mm stainless steel case, perfectly balanced for a refined yet contemporary wrist presence. The silver sunburst dial is enhanced by yellow gold-toned hands and appliqués, and elevated further by 12 diamond hour markers, adding a subtle touch of brilliance while maintaining the collection’s signature restraint. A date aperture at 3 o’clock provides everyday practicality, while central hacking seconds allow for precise time setting.

The dial is protected by a convex sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, and the watch features a sapphire exhibition caseback, revealing the beautifully finished movement within. Powering the watch is the IWC-manufactured calibre 32111, an automatic movement offering an impressive 120-hour power reserve, decorated with Côtes de Genève and perlage.

Completing the watch is a beige calfskin leather strap, fitted with IWC’s quick-change system for effortless strap swaps and secured by a folding clasp. With a water resistance of 5 bar (50 metres), the Portofino Automatic 37 is well suited to both daily wear and more formal occasions.

Originally purchased in July 2023, this watch is supplied with its inner and outer boxes, international warranty card, instruction booklets, cleaning cloth, and quality statement card. The watch remains in mint condition.
