The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Squadra traces its history back to the iconic Reverso line, renowned for its unique reversible case, originally designed in the 1930s to protect watch crystals during polo matches. The Squadra variation, introduced in 2006, represents a modern evolution of this classic design following on from the Reverso II from the 1980's. Emerging in the early 21st century, the Reverso Squadra brought a contemporary and sporty dimension to the Reverso collection. Equipped with robust materials and innovative features, it was conceived to cater to the needs of sports enthusiasts and adventurers. Its square-shaped case, in contrast to the traditional rectangular Reverso, exudes a bold and dynamic aesthetic. Over the years, the Reverso Squadra has seen various iterations, showcasing advancements in both design and technology, while consistently upholding Jaeger-LeCoultre's commitment to horological excellence and traditional flair. 

This iteration of the Reverso Squadra, reference Q7002420, comes set in a polished 50 x 35 mm 18ct rose gold case and is fitted on a dark brown alligator strap with matching 18ct rose gold butterfly deployment buckle. The silver dial features a central horizontal linear pattern as well as printed black Arab numerals, matching black hands, 12-hour hand as well as 2 apertures: day/night indicator at 9 o'clock / date feature at 3 o'clock. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal glass, with the water resistance of 5atm (50m/165ft) ensured by a polished pull/push crown. Unlike the majority of Reverso's this iteration is automatic, with this particular model powered by the JLC calibre 977 which retains a power reserve of 45 hours is comprised of 234 parts. 

Originally produced in 2007 and in mint condition, supplied with its inner and outer boxes, instruction booklet, swing tag and guarantee certificate.
