This iconic Longines Heritage Skin Diver commemorates the Nautilus Skin Diver, the first dive watch ever released from Longines in 1959. It’s oversized case and gorgeous black Bakelite dive bezel struck a chord with both amateur and professional divers alike. Today, the new iteration of the Longines Heritage Skin Diver watch does its best to pay homage to its predecessor with almost identical design attributes alongside many modern accoutrement's. 

This heritage Skin Diver model, reference L2.822.4.56.2 comes set in a stainless steel 42mm skin diver case with straight angular lugs and a black PVD coated unidirectional dive bezel. The dial is a smooth black with faded vintage styled luminova for the hour indexes and hands. These details are protected by a domed sapphire crystal and driven by automatic calibre L888 movement which boasts 64 hours of power reserve. Its 30atm (300m/1000ft) water resistance is ensured by a screwdown crown and solid caseback featuring an embossed diver motif. Lastly, the watch is completed by a supple light brown calf leather strap with matching stainless steel Longines pin buckle.

Originally sold in July 2020 and in mint condition, supplied with both its Longines inner and outer box, instruction booklet and international warranty card.
