Omega has been pushing its aquatic time pieces forward throughout its history and since 2005 the Planet Ocean has been the top of the range for the brand. Not as a successor but as a collection within the Seamaster family the Planet Ocean comes with a larger case and a deeper water resistance that has endured it to more people than ever before.

This version is the third generation of the Planet Ocean models launched in 2016 ref. 215.30.40.20.03.001. It comes set the new brushed/polished 39.5mm stainless steel case with a striking blue ceramic uni-rotational bezel with contrasting liquidmetal divers scale. The striking blue ceramic dial features large Superluminova hour markers and broad arrow hands (green luminous for the minute hand and blue for the others), with applied quarter Arabic numerals and a date feature at 3 o’clock. Protected by a domed sapphire crystal glass and fitted with a screw-down crown for up to 600M water resistance and powered by the Omega Master Co-Axial calibre 8800 automatic movement, which is visible through an exhibition caseback. It comes fitted on a matching stainless steel Omega bracelet with a folding clasp.

Originally purchased in April 2019 and in mint condition, this Planet Ocean comes with its original Omega inner & outer boxes, instruction booklet, leather card holder, pictogram, master chronometer and international warranty card. This Planet Ocean is still under Omega’s warranty until April 2024.
