This iteration of the esteemed Planet Ocean, reference 2209.50.38, showcases a robust 45.5mm stainless steel case mounted with the iconic orange aluminium uni-rotational bezel adorned with a contrasting silver diving scale. The clean black dial features applied luminous indexes, matching hands, orange Arab numerals at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, with the classic date display at 3 o'clock. Safeguarded by a domed sapphire crystal glass and fitted with a screwdown crown, ensuring an impressive water resistance of 60atm (600m/2000ft). Powering the timepiece is the automatic calibre 2500 chronometer movement, protected by a closed screwdown caseback embossed with the Seamaster hippocampus. Lastly, the watch is completed by a matching orange alligator strap and deployment clasp.

Originally purchased in December 2005 and in mint condition for its age, supplied with its original inner and outer boxes, instruction booklet, cream leatherette, chronometer, pictogram and international warranty cards.
