Omega Speedmaster Apollo 13 Snoopy Edition, 311.32.42.30.04.003

Special and Collectible, this rarely available Omega Snoopy timepiece was designed to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Apollo 13. Back in 1970 the astronauts returned from the Moon landing using their Omega Speedmaster watches, for this honour Omega recieved NASA's Silver Snoopy Award.

The Omega Snoopy editons have risen in desirability since being first launched, and for this newest style the dial has been updated with a crisp and easy to read white dial featuring a Super LumiNova Snoopy on the nine o'clock subdial.

The dial now features the text 'Failure is not an option' the now famous quote from Apollo 13 the film and 'what could you do in 14 seconds?' with fourteen small squares that represent the Snoopy comics. The case back features a hand cast 925 Silver Snoopy medallion set in navy enamel.

Originally purchased through an established UK Omega retailer in April 2016, this watch remains under warranty until April 2019 and is presented on a black canvas strap with white stitching and a steel omega clasp.

A complete set, this very collectible timepiece has never been worn and is still sealed with all original presentation boxes, pictogram and international warranty card, commemorative certificate, swing tag and original purchase receipt.
