Since its introduction in 1957, the Omega Speedmaster Chronograph has been characterized by its precision timing and clean, legible dial. Chronographs were originally built and advertised as tools for engineers, technicians, doctors and athletes – a way of keeping seconds, much like a stopwatch – which made them less appealing as men’s casual wear. However, these qualities made the Speedmaster the perfect watch for marking some of mankind’s greatest achievements – including the first successful trip to the Moon.

This particular iteration of the Speedmaster, reference 3559.32.00 celebrates Michael Schumacher, one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all time and his sixth World Drivers' Championship Title. Limited to just 6000 pieces, this watch comes set in a 42mm stainless steel case and features a brushed tachymeter scale bezel. The dial is cream with black chronograph sub dials at 3/6/9, as well as a black dial surround with red bannering and date aperture at 6 o'clock. The dial is protected by a domed sapphire crystal glass, and the watch itself is powered by the chronometer certified calibre 3301 automatic movement. Supplied on the classic brushed/polished Speedmaster bracelet with matching brushed folding clasp. 

Originally purchased in August 2005 and in mint condition for its age, sold with its original inner and outer box (inner box cracked and worn), leather card holder, instruction booklet, pictogram, chronometer and international warranty cards. This watch is sold with our 12-month warranty.
