This iteration of the infamous chronograph, reference 311.30.42.30.01.005 comes in a 42mm stainless steel case with the classic ‘twisted’ lugs and fitted with a black fixed tachymetre bezel. The back dial features the printed Omega logo, contrasting white minute/split second markers and luminous baton hour markers, as well as matching white sword hands with sub-dials at 3/6/9 completing the dial. These details are protected by a domed hesalite crystal and powered by the Omega calibre 1861 manual chronograph mechanism, which is protected by the classic ‘NASA qualified’ engraved caseback. Its 5atm (50m/165ft) water resistance is ensured by a polished push/pull crown, with the watch completed by a matching brushed/polished stainless steel bracelet with Omega folding clasp.

Originally purchased in September 2017 and in mint condition with caseback sticker intact. Coming supplied as a full and complete set with its cardboard outer, black sleeve, original folding outer box, its impressive hinged, fabric-covered commemorative box with iconic hippocampus emblem containing a Speedmaster hippocampus paperweight, Omega loupe, Black NATO strap, Black NASA Velcro strap (made to fit over a spacesuit) and strap change tool. As well as all of these you will also receive the instruction manual, pictogram card and international warranty card.
