It also has a rich heritage in chronographs dating back to 1923, so with nearly a century of development they have reached the pinnacle of time-keeping accuracy whilst also being incredibly stylish wrist accessories.
This iteration of the annual calendar chronograph, reference 5905/1A-001 is the first time Patek Philippe have launched their annual calendar flyback chronograph in a polished 42mm stainless steel case, completed with integrated, three-row stainless steel bracelet. The sunburst olive green dial features applied hour markers, matching sword hands, as well as apertures for the day, date and month. The watch is powered by the Calibre CH 28-520 QA 24H which can be viewed through a sapphire crystal exhibition caseback. The patented annual calendar automatically takes account of 30/31-day months, requiring only one correction per year, on March 1.
Originally sold in September 2021 and in mint condition, this annual calendar chronograph comes supplied with as a full set including its inner and outer boxes, instruction booklet, patek museum leaflet, leather document holder, original purchase invoice and international warranty certificate.
