    Highlights

We are proud to present this incredible Patek Philippe Complication Chronograph for sale in mint condition.

Since its founding in 1839, Patek Philippe has been revered as the master of complications, a title earned through generations of technical brilliance and aesthetic refinement. The brand’s Complications and Grand Complications families embody this legacy, showcasing timepieces that unite traditional craftsmanship with mechanical innovation. From perpetual calendars and annual calendars to chronographs, world timers, and minute repeaters, these watches are designed not only to measure time, but to elevate it into an art form. Each reference reflects Patek Philippe’s philosophy of creating heirloom pieces that transcend fashion; works of horological mastery destined to be treasured for generations.

The Patek Philippe Ref. 5170G-001 was introduced as part of the celebrated 5170 family, first unveiled at Basel in 2010. Marking a milestone for the manufacture, the 5170 was the first men’s wristwatch to house Patek Philippe’s fully in-house chronograph movement, the Caliber CH 29-535 PS. This hand-wound caliber took five years to develop and secured six patented innovations, setting new standards in chronograph design and performance.

The Ref. 5170G-001 is presented in an elegant 18k white gold case with a harmonious round bezel, framing a striking silver opaline dial. Its design pays homage to classic medical chronographs with a pulsometer scale, while offering exceptional legibility. The dial layout features central hours and minutes, a slender chronograph seconds hand, a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, and small seconds at 9 o’clock.

A sapphire crystal case back reveals the finely finished movement, showcasing Geneva Seal (Patek Seal from 2009 onwards) level craftsmanship in every detail. The watch is paired with a hand-stitched brown alligator strap and secured by Patek Philippe’s signature white gold fold-over clasp, completing an aesthetic that balances technical innovation with timeless elegance.

Originally purchased through a recognised Patek Philippe retailer based within the UK in January 2014 and in mint condition apart from two small marks present on the bezel, supplied with its original inner and outer boxes, swing tag, instruction manual, all original booklets and original international certificate of origin.

This Patek is sold with our 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
