Debuting in 1976, this masterpiece emerged from the visionary mind of legendary watch designer Gerald Genta, who sought to create a timepiece that seamlessly blended sophistication with a sporty aesthetic. The Nautilus has since become a symbol of horological excellence, with its distinctive porthole-inspired case, meticulously finished details, and a commitment to precision that is synonymous with the Patek Philippe legacy. In 2010 Patek expanded its Nautilus collection by adding an annual calendar complication and creating the reference 5726, the first Nautilus to have this complication. It is set in a polished 40.5mm stainless steel case in the classic Nautilus shape with a clean black/grey dial featuring the horizontal embossed texture with contrasting luminous hour markers and hands edged in white gold. The annual calendar complication is split on the dial with the day and month apertures at 12 o’clock and the date at 6 o’clock. The sub-dial contains the 24 hour indicator and the moonphase complication, giving the dial a very minimal uncluttered aesthetic. Fitted with a sapphire crystal glass on the front and back of the watch, allowing the calibre 324 S QA LU 24H mechanism to be viewed. Lastly, the watch is completed by an integrated stainless steel bracelet and safety catch butterfly folding clasp. 

Originally purchased in November 2017 and in mint condition, supplied with its original inner and outer boxes, leather document holder, all 4 booklets, Patek Philippe service documentation (August 2025) and original international warranty certificate.
