Omega has been pushing its aquatic time pieces forward throughout its history and since 2005 the Planet Ocean has been the top of the range for the brand. Not as a successor but as a collection within the Seamaster family the Planet Ocean comes with a larger case and a deeper water resistance that has endured it to more people than ever before. In 2013 Omega added the GMT function to the ever-popular watch and it is still produced to this day.

This version was originally manufactured in 2013 and was produced to celebrate Omegas partnership with the GoodPlanet Foundation, the Seamaster Planet Ocean GoodPlanet combines innovative watchmaking with a wholehearted commitment to environmental conservation. Omega pledged a portion of the proceeds from this watch to full funding "Time for the Planet". It is set in a polished 43.5mm stainless steel case with a blue ceramic bi-rotational bezel with contrasting orange 24-hour indicators. A matching blue ceramic dial with steel luminous arrowhead hour markers and hands. The hour markers and hands are filled with Superluminova for increased legibility in all conditions, including the matching orange GMT hand and the dial also has a date feature at 3 o’clock. Protected with anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass and fitted with a screw-down crown, the watch is waterproof up to 600m. Powered by the Omega calibre 8605 automatic GMT Co-Axial Chronometer movement, which is visible through an exhibition caseback and anti-magnetic up to 15,000 Gauss. The watch is fitted on a matching stainless steel bracelet with a brushed folding clasp.

Originally purchased in May 2015 and in mint condition, this Planet Ocean comes with its original inner & outer boxes, instruction manual, leather card holder, GoodPlanet certificate, pictogram and international warranty cards. This Planet Ocean is sold with a 12-month warranty from SWC.
