Originally produced in 1957, the SuperOcean is Breitling’s premier divers watch. Used primarily by professionals and military divers, the SuperOcean soon found a following among leisure divers and watch enthusiasts alike.

This version, originally named the SuperOcean II became known as the “SuperOcean 42” when Breitling added case diameters to their models.

Set in a sturdy and robust polished 42mm steel round case with a black, uni-rotational bezel. The watch features a striking yellow inner chapter ring and large Arabic numerals as well as luminous quarter hour markers and matching hands. Covered by a domed sapphire crystal glass, allowing for water resistance up to 1500M and powered by the Breitling calibre 17 automatic movement.

Presented on a new black Breitling rubber strap with steel clasp, this SuperOcean 42 comes complete with its original inner & outer boxes, instructions, chronometer certificate and international warranty booklet dated 2011.
