We are proud to present this classic Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date for sale in mint condition and a complete set, authenticated and checked in our in-house accredited workshop.

The Oyster Perpetual Date was first launched in the late 1950s and was one of the first watches to display the date in a window at 3 o’clock on the dial, fulfilling Rolex founder, Hans Wilsdorf’s dreams of producing timepieces that were not only beautiful to look at but were also highly useful and functional. They were available in a variety of case materials and the model was produced all the way up to 1989.

This model reference 15210 was produced from 1988 until the mid-2000’s, coming set in a polished stainless steel 34mm Oyster case with engine turned bezel, solid lugs and a Twinlock screw-down crown which allows for a water resistance of 10atm (100m/330ft). The black dial features polished baton indexes with luminous pips, luminous stick hands the classic date feature at 3 o’clock with cyclops lens. The watch is fitted with sapphire crystal glass and is powered by the workhorse Rolex calibre 3135 automatic, chronometer certified movement and comes fitted on its original matching stainless steel Oyster link bracelet with a folding clasp.

Originally purchased in January 1998 and in mint condition for its age, this Rolex comes with its original inner & outer boxes, Oyster booklet, translation booklet, swing tag, seal, previous service documentation (2006) and punched international warranty paperwork. This Rolex is sold with a 12-month warranty from SWC.
