Created in 1945 and still produced today, the Datejust is Rolex’s longest running collection. Although the dials, hands and case size may have changed in the last 75 years the Datejust has earned its iconic status with its timeless aesthetics and reliable functionality. The brands first automatic watch to feature the date window at 3 o’clock and combined with the waterproof Oyster case made it a watch for all occasions.

This Datejust, reference the 16234 was manufactured from 1988-2004 and comes set in the classic 36mm stainless steel case complete with 18ct white gold fluted bezel. The blue sunburst finished dial features applied silver Roman numeral hour indexes, matching polished hands and the classic date feature at 3 o’clock. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal glass with a cyclops lens for the date. The watch is fitted with a screw-down crown and powered by the automatic calibre 3135 mechanism with quick date-change function. Presented on the iconic stainless steel Jubilee bracelet with folding clasp.

Originally produced April 1999 and in mint condition for its age, coming supplied with its original inner and outer boxes, calendar card, instruction booklet, swing tag, service card (Dec 2008) and its original punched international warranty certificate. This watch is sold with our 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
