The Datejust is one of Rolex’s most enduring and recognisable designs. Introduced in 1945 as the world’s first self-winding chronometer wristwatch to display the date, it has become a benchmark for everyday luxury. Elegant yet robust, the Datejust is celebrated for its versatility, equally suited to formal occasions and daily wear and for a design language that has remained relevant for generations.
This example features the classic 36mm stainless steel Oyster case, paired with a smooth polished bezel that gives the watch a clean, contemporary appearance. The white dial is understated and highly legible, fitted with applied baton hour markers and matching hands, Roulettte date wheel, signature date window positioned at 3 o’clock beneath Rolex’s Cyclops magnifier. These details are protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Powering the watch is the proven Rolex calibre 3135 automatic movement, renowned for its reliability, precision, and long service life. Water resistance to 100 metres (330 ft) is ensured by the screw-down crown and Oyster case construction. The watch is completed by a stainless steel Oyster bracelet with folding clasp, offering comfort, durability, and unmistakable Rolex styling.
Originally purchased in June 2015, this Datejust has its inner and outer Rolex boxes, international warranty card, green leather card holder, instruction booklets and swing tag. In Unworn condition.
