Originally launched in 1956, the Rolex Day-Date President has remained as the brand’s signature luxury watch. When Rolex introduced the Day-Date, it was the first watch include the day of the week written in full at 12 o’clock along with the date window at 3 o’clock. Another hallmark of the Rolex Day-Date is its bracelet, officially named the ‘President’ bracelet. Characterized by its semi-circular links, the President bracelet is almost as famous as the timepiece itself, not to mention the icons who wore one.

Released in 2000 this reference 118239 comes set in a polished 36mm solid 18ct white gold Oyster case with an elegant white gold fluted bezel. The dial is a silver sunburst coloured dial with applied Diamond dot hour markers. The dial is finished off with a day aperture at 12 o’clock and a date at 3 o’clock and the cyclops and sapphire crystal glass. Powered by the Rolex calibre 3155 automatic movement on the iconic President link solid 18ct white gold bracelet with concealed folding clasp.

Originally purchased in March 2011 and in mint condition, this Day-Date comes complete with its original inner & outer boxes, instruction booklet, swing tag, seal and international warranty card. It also comes with its previous Rolex service paperwork dated December 2016.
