Originally launched in 1956, the Rolex Day-Date has remained as the brand’s signature luxury watch. Exclusively crafted in precious metals, few luxury watches come close to the prestige, excellence, and timelessness of the Rolex President. When Rolex introduced the Day-Date, it was the first watch to include the day of the week written in full at 12 o’clock along with the date window at 3 o’clock.

This version, the reference 18948 is known as a Day-Date ‘Masterpiece’ due to its extremely luxurious details. It comes set in a polished 18ct yellow gold 39mm Oyster case with a fully diamond-set bezel,. The dial is crafted from meteorite and features round/baguette diamond hour markers. It also has the day/date apertures at 12/3 o’clock and is fitted with a flat sapphire crystal glass and has a twinlock screw-down crown. The watch is powered by an automatic Rolex movement and it comes fitted on the unusual, matching 18ct Tridor gold (white gold, yellow gold and rose gold) ‘Pearlmaster’ bracelet with folding clasp.

Originally purchased in March 2016 and in unworn stickered condition, this Day-Date comes with its original Rolex inner & original outer boxes, as well as it's international warranty card. This watch is being sold under it's SWC warranty of 12 months.
