Since its inception in 1954 the Rolex GMT-Master has been the master of the skies and has adorned the wrists of pilots, astronauts and aviation enthusiasts ever since. Originally designed in collaboration with Pan Am Airways, the Rolex GMT-Master was initially created for Pan AM and issued by them to their pilots and crews on long-haul flights. The key feature of the watch was that it allowed the wearer to simultaneously reference two different time zones with its unique 24 hour bi-rotational bezel.

This reference the 116710LN was produced from 2007 until 2019 and was the first version of the GMT-Master to have a ceramic bezel. This watch features a 40mm steel case and a bidirectional bezel fitted with a clean black Cerachrom bezel insert. The dial is glossy black and fitted with applied Superluminova indexes and hands edged in white gold to prevent tarnishing. The GMT hand is a contrasting green and the dial is finished off with the classic date feature at 3 o’clock. Fitted with a sapphire crystal glass and a screw down crown to allow for 10atm (100m/330ft) water resistance. Powered by the automatic Rolex calibre 3186 superlative chronometer movement and fitted on a matching steel Oyster link bracelet with a folding safety clasp.

Originally purchased in the Uk in 2008 and in fine condition, this GMT-Master II comes with its original inner and outer boxes, seal, instruction booklet and plastic warranty card. This watch is sold with our 12-month warranty. Inner box interior is quite worn.
