Rolex GMT Master II, 116710BLNR

The Rolex GMT was originally designed in partnership with Pan American Airways and issued to crew on the long haul flights. GMT stands for Greenwich Mean Time and the watch was considered ground breaking then as it helped flight crews to read different time zones easily. The current 116710 GMT Master II watches were introduced in 2007 with a number of technical updates from its predecessor, the 16710. These included the Parachrom hairspring, for improved timekeeping and a more robust clasp and bracelet.

Most notable was the introduction of the fade and mark resistant ceramic bezel. This Rolex GMT Master II has the highly anticipated bicolour blue and black ceramic bezel. This watch has never been worn and still has all the protective stickers intact. It is supplied with the original Rolex boxes, both swing tags, bezel protector, instruction manual and Rolex warranty card dated mid may 2016. This timepiece is covered by Rolex warranty until May 2021.
