Created in 1945 and still produced today, the Datejust is Rolex’s longest running collection. Although the dials, hands and case size may have changed in the last 75 years the Datejust has earned its iconic status with its timeless aesthetics and reliable functionality. The brands first automatic watch to feature the date window at 3 o’clock and combined with the waterproof Oyster case made it a watch for all occasions.

This version the reference 178273 is set in the modern 31mm stainless steel Oyster case and features the beautiful 18ct yellow gold fluted bezel. The dial is a stunning silver opaline sunburst pattern with applied yellow gold full Roman numeral hour markers and a yellow gold crown and matching hand set. The date feature is at 3 o’clock with the cyclops and is protected by a sapphire crystal glass. Powered by the Rolex in-house calibre 2235 automatic mechanism and fitted on a steel and gold Oyster link bracelet with a folding Oysterclasp.

Originally purchased in March 2018 and in mint condition, this Datejust comes with its original inner & outer boxes, swing tag, seal, instruction booklet and original Rolex international warranty card. This Datejust is under Rolex warranty until March 2023.
