The Rolex Datejust stands as an enduring icon in the realm of luxury timepieces, renowned for its timeless design, precision engineering, and a legacy that spans over seven decades. First introduced in 1945, the Datejust revolutionized the watchmaking industry by being the first self-winding chronometer to display the date in a window on the dial; an innovation that has since become a standard feature in countless watches. Today, the Rolex Datejust continues to epitomize elegance and functionality, embodying the perfect union of form and function.

This version, reference 179174 was produced in the 2000/10’s and comes set in the classic 26mm stainless steel oyster case with an elegant 18ct white gold fluted bezel. The silver sunburst dial features applied diamond hour indexes and matching hands edged in white gold to prevent tarnishing, with the dial completed by a date feature at 3 o'clock. These details are protected by a sapphire crystal glass with cyclops lens, and powered by the automatic calibre 2235 chronometer mechanism. Lastly, this Datejust is finished off with the iconic stainless steel Jubilee link bracelet with concealed folding clasp.

Originally purchased in August 2012 and in mint condition for its age, this Datejust comes with its original inner & outer boxes, both booklets, swing tag, seal, leather card holder and international warranty card.
