Created in 1945 and still produced today, the Datejust is Rolex’s longest running collection. Although the dials, hands and case size may have changed in the last 75 years the Datejust has earned its iconic status with its timeless aesthetics and reliable functionality. The brands first automatic watch to feature the date window at 3 o’clock and combined with the waterproof Oyster case made it a watch for all occasions.

The ladies Datejust in steel & gold is such an iconic watch that has adorned the wrists of many women throughout its inception as it affords the wearer the luxurious feel and timekeeping associated with the finest Swiss watches, whilst also being the perfect match for any and all other accessories.

This version the reference 279173 is set in the modern classic 28mm stainless steel Oyster case and features the beautiful 18ct yellow gold fluted bezel. The dial is an elegant champagne sunburst colour with diamond-set hour markers and a gold screw-down crown and matching hand set. The date feature is at 3 o’clock with the cyclops and is protected by a sapphire crystal glass. In-house calibre 2236 automatic chronometer certified mechanism and fitted on a steel and gold Oyster link bracelet with a concealed coronet folding Oysterclasp.

Originally purchased in January 2022 and in unworn condition, this Datejust comes with its original inner & outer boxes, instruction booklet, seal, leather card holder, instruction booklet and original Rolex international warranty card. This Datejust is sold with it's Rolex warranty which expires in January 2027.
