The Oyster Perpetual sits at the very foundation of Rolex’s identity. In 1931, Rolex pioneered the self-winding rotor system, allowing a watch to be continuously wound by the natural movement of the wearer’s wrist. Combined with the waterproof Oyster case, this innovation gave rise to the “Perpetual” name and established the blueprint for all modern automatic Rolex watches.

This example, reference 114300, was produced between 2015 and 2020 and is increasingly sought after since its discontinuation. It is housed in a 39mm stainless steel Oyster case with a smooth polished bezel, giving the watch a clean, contemporary presence on the wrist. The blue sunburst dial is both vibrant and refined, featuring contrasting green square hour markers on the outer minute track, complemented by applied luminous baton markers at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, all edged in white gold to prevent tarnishing.

Protected by a flat sapphire crystal, the watch is powered by the Rolex calibre 3132, an automatic movement known for its robustness and precision. The watch is completed by a stainless steel Oyster bracelet fitted with a folding Oysterlock clasp, ensuring comfort and security.

Originally purchased in December 2016, this Oyster Perpetual has since been serviced by Rolex in October 2021 and benefits from Rolex service warranty coverage until October 2026, offering exceptional peace of mind. It is supplied in mint condition with its original inner and outer boxes, Rolex warranty card, booklet, green leather cardholder, seal, and Rolex service card.
