Introduced during the quartz revolution of the 1970s, the Rolex Oysterquartz combined Rolex’s renowned engineering standards with cutting-edge electronic precision. Distinguished by its sharply angular case architecture and integrated bracelet design, the Oysterquartz has since become one of the most collectible and unconventional vintage Rolex references ever produced.

This reference 17014 is housed in a 36mm stainless steel Oyster case fitted with the signature 18ct white gold fluted bezel. The watch features a crisp white dial with applied baton hour markers and a date aperture at 3 o’clock, protected by a sapphire crystal. Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 5035 quartz movement, a COSC-certified high-precision movement celebrated for its robustness and technical sophistication. The integrated stainless steel Oyster bracelet with brushed finish completes the distinctive aesthetic.

Originally purchased in 1991. In fine condition, some tiny marks to glass edge and the bezel. Supplied with its original Rolex box, papers, wallet and booklets.
