Rolex Submariner Date, 16610

We are proud to present this 2006 Rolex Submariner Date for sale in mint as new condition, fully checked and verified in our accredited workshop.

This watch comes with some of its original case stickers, and its holographic case back sticker is still in mint condition indicating the minimal wear this watch has had in its lifetime. This watch has spent the last few decades preserved in its box waiting to be worn, and the condition of these stickers reflect that.

This example represents one of the most iconic executions of the modern Submariner lineage, combining professional dive-watch capability with Rolex’s legendary engineering pedigree. At its core is the Rolex calibre 3135 self-winding movement, a COSC-certified chronometer celebrated for its exceptional reliability, precise timekeeping and highly robust construction. The movement features a bi-directional automatic winding rotor, delivering outstanding durability under daily wear and demanding conditions alike.

Reference 16610 is distinguished by its classic black dial with applied white gold hour markers filled with luminous material, accompanied by the iconic Mercedes handset and date aperture positioned at 3 o’clock beneath a Cyclops magnification lens. The stainless steel Oyster case measures 40mm in diameter and is fitted with a unidirectional rotating diver’s bezel featuring a black aluminium insert, preserving the unmistakable and highly functional design language synonymous with the Submariner collection. The watch is paired with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet secured by an Oysterlock folding clasp with diver’s extension, ensuring exceptional comfort, security and structural integrity. The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, while the Oyster case construction provides water resistance to 300m/1,000ft.

Originally sold in May 2006 and presented in mint as new condition, stickers on the watch head. Supplied with original Rolex inner and outer boxes, wallet, original booklets, swing tag, punched warranty papers. Holographic caseback sticker is as new condition. 

This Submariner has been worn, a few times, Rolex case stickers and the hologram condition are proof of the lack of wear.
