Rolex Submariner Non-Date '2-Line' , 14060

We are proud to present this iconic Rolex Submariner Non-Date for sale in mint condition, fully checked and authenticated in our accredited workshop.

For any watch to have to follow on from the 5513 it was always going to be tough. But upon the release of the 14060 in 1990 Submariner enthusiasts were treated to a truly modern version of their beloved classic. While the date feature with a cyclops lens has always polarized fans of the model, the non-date offers a pure, symmetrical divers watch experience that is clear and legible whatever conditions the watch is faced with.

It still kept to the classic 40mm stainless steel Oyster case fitted with a flat sapphire crystal glass and the now iconic patented Triple-lock crown for water resistance up to 300m. The dial is black and features Tritium luminous hour markers and hands both edged in white gold to delay the onset of patina. The dial features only two lines of text, “Submariner” and “1000ft=300m” which keeps the dial uncluttered and a nice nod to the Submariners of old. Unlike its successor the 14060m the 14060 is not a certified chronometer and is powered by the calibre 3000. Lastly, it comes fitted on a matching 904L stainless steel Oyster bracelet with divers extension clasp.

Originally produced in circa 1991 and in mint condition for its age, supplied with its original inner box (edges worn), service receipt and Rolex service card from September 2012. This Submariner is sold with our 12-month warranty from the date of sale.
