Rolex Submariner Non-Date '2-Line', 14060M

We are proud to present this iconic Rolex Submariner Non-Date which has been fully checked in our in-house accredited workshop.

For any watch to have to follow on from the 5513 it was always going to be tough. But upon the release of the 14060 in 1990 Submariner enthusiasts were treated to a truly modern version of their beloved classic. While the date feature with a cyclops lens has always polarized fans of the model, the non-date offers a pure, symmetrical divers watch experience that is clear and legible whatever conditions the watch is faced with.

In 1999 the 14060 was upgraded to the 14060M, which featured the newer calibre 3130 automatic movement. It still kept to the classic 40mm stainless steel Oyster case fitted with a flat sapphire crystal glass and the now iconic patented Triple-lock crown for water resistance up to 300m. The dial is black and the the Tritium luminous hour markers found on the 14060 were replaced with Superluminova (green) and were edged in white gold to delay the onset of patina. The dial features only two lines of text, “Submariner” and “1000ft=300m” that keeps the dial uncluttered and a nice nod to the Submariners of old. It comes fitted on a matching 904L steel Oyster bracelet with divers extension clasp.

Originally sold in December 2001 and in mint condition for its age, supplied with its original inner and outer boxes, leather sleeve, both booklets, Rolex anchor, translation booklet, calendar card and punched international warranty certificate.
