Rolex Submariner Non-Date, 5513

We are proud to present this iconic Rolex Submariner Non-date watch for sale.

Launched in 1962 and produced until 1989 the 5513 is the longest production version of the Non-date Submariner ever produced, which is a testament to its versatility and wearability. While the date feature with a cyclops lens has always polarized fans of the model, the non-date offers a pure, symmetrical divers watch experience that is clear and legible whatever conditions the watch is faced with.

This Submariner comes set in the classic 40mm solid stainless steel Oyster case with pin-hole lugs. It has the classic black bi-rotational (pre-bezel ratchet) bezel insert with contrasting silver divers scale. The dial is a clean black matte colour with ‘Serif’ text and the ‘feet first’ dial printing. The hour markers have aged nicely and have a lovely creamy colour patina to them. The dial is protected by a domed acrylic plexi-glass and the watch is fitted with a screw-down crown for water resistance. It is powered by the Rolex calibre 1520 automatic movement and it comes fitted on the classic folded steel Oyster link bracelet with a folding sports clasp.

 Originally purchased in circa 1971 and in fine condition for its age, this Submariner comes with a previous Rolex service estimate papers from 1990 and a green Rolex service pouch.
