Rolex Vintage GMT-Master 'Fuchsia', 1675

We are proud to present this stunning Rolex GMT-Master “Fuchsia” for sale in fine condition, fully checked and authenticated in our on site workshop.

Originally developed in collaboration with Pan American World Airways (Pan Am), the GMT-Master was designed to meet the specific needs of international pilots and frequent travellers. Launched in 1954, the GMT-Master quickly became an icon with its distinctive two-tone bezel, allowing wearers to track multiple time zones simultaneously. The inaugural model, reference 6542, set the stage for a series of evolutions, introducing improvements like the iconic Cyclops lens for enhanced date visibility. Over the years, the GMT-Master has evolved into a symbol of both technical prowess and enduring style, capturing the imagination of adventurers, aviation enthusiasts, and watch connoisseurs alike. In 1965 the GMT-Master received a new upgraded movement, the calibre 1575 which was chronometer certified and had a higher beat movement than the previous 1565.

This stunning GMT-Master, reference 1675 comes set in a polished/brushed 39mm stainless steel Oyster case with bi-rotational bezel and iconic red/blue ‘Pepsi’ insert which has aged a brilliant light blue / fuchsia colour. The clean matte black dial features flat creamy aged luminous dot hour markers and matching hands, as well as the classic date feature at 3 o’clock and the iconic striking red GMT hand. These details are protected by an acrylic Plexi glass and powered by the automatic calibre 1575 chronometer movement. Lastly, the watch is completed by a matching folded stainless steel tapered Oyster link bracelet and folding crown embossed clasp.

Originally sold in October 1970 and in fine condition for its age, coming supplied with an original thin style Rolex box, original purchase receipt, Rolex repair documentation from 1988, as well as its original international warranty booklet.
