The Aquaracer name was first coined in 2004, when a new variant of the 2000 series was branded as the “2000 Aquaracer”. The success of those watches helped convince TAG Heuer to rename the 2000 collection to “Aquaracer”, a name that continues today. The Aquaracer comes in a huge variety of models made in all materials from steel to ceramic and either mechanical or quartz watches.

This version the reference WAY108A was launched in 2019 and is no longer produced. It is set in a matte 43mm titanium PVD-coated round case with a bold black ceramic uni-rotational bezel with contrasting white divers scale/numerals. The dial is a unique full Luminova white colour and features large block hour markers and hands for maximum visibility, a date feature at 3 o’clock. The glass is a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment and with the screw-down crown gives the watch a 300M water resistance. Powered by a Tag Heuer quartz mechanism and fitted on a matching black rubber divers strap with a titanium PVD folding clasp.

Originally purchased in September 2019 and in mint condition, the watch comes with its original inner and outer boxes, instruction manual and international warranty card. This Aquaracer is sold with a 12-month warranty from SWC.
