The Aquaracer name was first coined in 2004, when a new variant of the 2000 series was branded as the “2000 Aquaracer”. The success of those watches helped convince TAG Heuer to rename the 2000 collection to “Aquaracer”, a name that continues today. The Aquaracer comes in a huge variety of models made in all materials from steel to ceramic and either mechanical or quartz watches.

This version, the reference WAP1112 is set in a brushed 41mm stainless steel round case with a matching steel engraved uni-rotational bezel. The dial is a striking blue sunburst finish with silver/luminous hour markers and hands for maximum visibility, a date feature at 3 o’clock. The glass is a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment and combined with the screw-down crown gives the watch a 300M water resistance. Powered by a reliable F06.111 quartz mechanism and comes fitted on a matching brushed steel bracelet with a folding clasp.

Originally purchased in November 2012 and in mint condition for its age, the watch comes with its original inner and outer boxes, instruction manual and international warranty card. This Aquaracer is sold with a 12-month warranty from SWC.
