Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph, CV2110

We are proud to present this classic TAG Heuer Carrera chronograph for sale.

Arguably TAG Heuer’s most celebrated collection, the Carrera was introduced in 1963 and named after the legendary Carrera Panamericana road race. Designed with legibility, precision, and motorsport timing in mind, the Carrera quickly became a benchmark chronograph and remains a cornerstone of the brand’s identity today.

This example, reference CV2110.FC6181, is a faithful modern reissue inspired by the original Carrera reference 2447 from 1963. It is housed in a polished stainless steel case, measuring approximately 37mm in diameter, with elegant twisted lugs that give the watch a refined yet purposeful presence on the wrist. The case is fitted with classic piston-style chronograph pushers and a signed crown, reinforcing its vintage racing character.

The silver dial is clean and beautifully balanced, protected by a domed sapphire crystal. It features applied baton hour markers with luminous fill, slim steel hands, and a tapered central chronograph seconds hand. A subtle blue decimeter scale and contrasting chapter ring add depth and visual interest, while the chronograph layout includes recessed sub-dials for running seconds, 30-minute, and 12-hour counters. A discreet date aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock completes the design.

Powering the watch is the TAG Heuer Calibre 17 automatic chronograph movement (based on the ETA 2894-2), operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The movement is protected by a solid screw-down caseback engraved with Carrera and TAG Heuer branding. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres, suitable for everyday wear.

The watch is fitted with a dark blue perforated leather strap, finished with blue contrast stitching and secured by a signed deployment clasp. It is also supplied with an additional brown leather strap, offering versatility.

Originally purchased in August 2009, this Carrera is supplied with a generic SWC presentation box, TAG Heuer card holder, instruction booklet, CD, guarantee card, and the additional strap. The watch is sold with our 12-month warranty.
