We are proud to present this striking Rolex Datejust II, reference 116333, offered in mint condition and carefully checked in our workshop.
Introduced in 1945, the Datejust is Rolex’s longest-running collection and one of the most recognisable watches ever created. As the first self-winding chronometer wristwatch to display the date in a window at 3 o’clock, the Datejust set a benchmark for everyday luxury and practicality. Over the decades, it has evolved in size and style while retaining its unmistakable identity.
The Datejust II, produced between 2009 and 2017, represented a bold, modern evolution of the classic Datejust, increasing the case size to 41mm and giving the watch a stronger wrist presence. Now discontinued, the Datejust II has become increasingly desirable among collectors seeking a contemporary take on a Rolex icon.
This example is housed in a 41mm stainless steel Oyster case, paired with a striking 18ct yellow gold fluted bezel. The champagne sunburst dial is elevated by diamond-set hour markers, adding a refined touch of luxury while maintaining excellent legibility. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with Cyclops magnification over the date aperture at 3 o’clock.
Powering the watch is the Rolex calibre 3136, an automatic chronometer-certified movement renowned for its robustness and precision. The watch is fitted to the iconic Rolesor Oyster bracelet, combining stainless steel and 18ct yellow gold, and secured by a folding Oysterclasp.
Originally purchased in June 2010, this Datejust II is presented in mint condition and supplied with its original inner and outer boxes, international warranty card, booklets, and swing tag.
The watch is sold with our 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
