We are proud to present this classic Rolex Datejust 36 for sale in mint condition for its age, fully checked and authenticated in our on-site workshop.

The Rolex Datejust stands as an enduring icon in the realm of luxury timepieces, renowned for its timeless design, precision engineering, and a legacy that spans over seven decades. First introduced in 1945, the Datejust revolutionized the watchmaking industry by being the first self-winding chronometer to display the date in a window on the dial; an innovation that has since become a standard feature in countless watches. Today, the Rolex Datejust continues to epitomize elegance and functionality, embodying the perfect union of form and function.

This iteration of the famed Datejust, reference 16200, was launched in 1988 and was produced until the mid-2000’s and comes set in the 36mm stainless steel case. The clean black dial features applied baton hour indexes, matching hands and the classic date feature at 3 o’clock. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal glass with a cyclops lens for the date. The watch is fitted with a screw-down crown which ensures the 10atm (100m/330ft) water resistance. Driven by the automatic calibre 3135 movement with quick date-change and presented on the iconic stainless steel Oyster link bracelet with a folding clasp.

Originally purchased in January 2004 and in mint condition for its age, this Datejust comes supplied with a its original inner and outer box, Datejust booklet, Oyster booklet, seal, Rolex service card (September 2009) and original perforated warranty paperwork.
